I’ve been using a fitness journal since September and I received a note book from Adidas when I attended the Adidas Boosts Bloggers Day in Cape Town. You can use your journal to track many different things such as your weight, your reflections, motivational quotes (something I might add), your food, your exercise and the list goes on and below is the close-up images of my journal.

BBB and Strong by Zumba launch

Planet Fitness has 2 new classes to offerBrazilian Booty Blast (butt shaping & firming) and STRONG Zumba (strength, tone and endurance).  A few weeks ago I got to try out them both and I felt it days after the workout.

Move Monday – Fitness Series

I’m really trying hard to stay active this month. This is my workouts for the last two weeks.

Tuesday 11 October 2016 20 minutes Kettle bell and handstands .  This brought me to     6751 minutes in total.

Wednesday 12 October 2016 22 minutes walking about 2 km. This brought me to  6771 minutes in total.

Thursday 13 October 2016 1,6 4,4km  spent the afternoon trying out Planet Fitness’ new classes and did a lot of walking that day 20 minutes. This brought me to  6791 minutes in total.

Friday 14 October 2016  33mins of walking I covered about 2,4 km and that was   6824 minutes in total.

Saturday 15 October dance of about 45 minutes which brought me to a toalt of 6869 minutes.

Monday 17 October 2016  Zumba 60 minutes. This brought me to 6929 minutes in total.

Shuffled my schedule and #zumba is now on Monday 60minutes #10950minutesofexercise #10950exercise
