I’m really enjoying trying out the “5 extreme but fun workouts to try out” Indoor rocking climbing was actually number 1 on the list, clearly I enjoy not conforming to structure.
I love smoothies but I don’t make them as much as would like to. CrossFit has had a bad reputation since it came out however despite all that it is a trend that as stayed. Even August’s delightful Peep Cashe does it with her son and I just had to try it out after all it was number 5 on my 5 extreme but fun workouts to try out.

A few weeks ago I wrote a post called 5 extreme but fun workouts to try and I decided to try out the workouts for myself and see just how fun they might actually. I started with EMS (Electro Muscular Stimulation) *definition below* which is number 3 on the list. I booked in advance and I loved that they not only confirmed my booking but called me to remind and even sent me on the day an email with a reminder to eat something before the session to be hydrate throughout the day.
Every Worker’s Day weekend for the last 2 years has been a hiking weekend, it all started with my 101 goals and has quickly become my favourite exercise. I’ve talked about it here and here. So I thought it would be a great idea to include my readers in my favourite experiences and I planned an event via Facebook.
