Delightful Peep of the month: August’2017

I am Cashé Kidd and yes that is my real name. I am a tattooed, Jo’burg dwelling mom with a bit of a twist. I have a human son and two furry kids who come for dinner when I call them. I am married to a really tall, very supportive, really wonderful guy who just happens to tattoo exceptionally well. We collect antique furniture, books and music as well as embark on this wonderful healthy living business together.

Move Monday- Fitness Series

Tuesday 25 October 2016 I had a gym session with my friend 60 minutes I even used 4 kg dumbbells which came to a total 7429 minutes in total.

Wednesday 26 October 2016 We went for a power walk with my friend Chrissie, we walked 4 km in 46 minutes which came to a total of 7475 minutes in total.

Move Monday: Fitness Series

I’m finally getting better at staying consistent with my workouts., just not at posting this post on time. Working out from home is always challenge but these past two weeks I tried to stay focused as I had my first 10 km race to kinda prepare for.

Tuesday 13 September, 2016 I missed my Monday walk so I did it on Tuesday. I know “they” say never miss a Monday, technically Sunday is the first day of the week. My pace is still very slow I walked 3, 7 km in 40 minutes. This brought me to 5812 minutes in total.

Move Monday : Fitness Series

The second half of  the Sleekgeek #MoveMore challenge started of great with me catching up on all the tasks.

Day 15 50 push ups- I was insane to do 80 push ups as I had missed Day 7’s 30 push up and was now catching on arm day. My arms hurt but I did it in 8 minutes and this brought me to 5201 minutes in total.

Tuesday – 03/05/2016 I’m loving the  Free fit camp and we had another 60 minute session and there was walking on that day which bought me to 75 minutes for the day and  3195 minutes in total.
