On Women’s Day the Popup Gym ladies invited me to yet another session of exhilarating workouts and healthy breakfast at The Maslow Hotel in Sandton.

I’ve been working out from home consistently for the last 2 years and I’ve lasted this long because of a few great resources.Honestly will power is not enough, there has to be other driving elements. I get asked all the time what I use and while I have a few workout plans on paper I find videos work best for me, having someone cheer you on when you work out is always great even if its through the TV. Below is my top 5 fitness channels.
Meet MJ (Mary-Jane) I’ve been following her since I did the Muddy Princess. She is full of life and passionate about fitness wellness. Her Instagram feed is full of motivational pics, quirky selfies and so much stuff I only dream of doing. This dynamite lady knows how to live large. Read more about her below.
I love smoothies but I don’t make them as much as would like to. This is where Blendid comes in they offered to send me some of their DIY pre-frozen smoothie packs in celebration of my winning a nutribullet from Nature’s Frozen Garden, how could I resist. I’ve been following them for a while now and their products look amazing and are perfect for a (lazy girl) procrastinator like me.
