Tuesday 06/10 I managed 43 minutes of walking with intention 4964 minutes.
Wednesday 07/10/2015 I went for @discovery_sa instarun and ran a slow 4km run, hopped on to one of their bikes and rode almost 2km for 5 minutes then walked 4 km 105 minutes and pushed me to 5069 minutes.
Thursday 08/10/2015 I had a Kettle bell session for 30 minutes which brought me to 5099 minutes.
Sunday 11/10/2015 I ran 5 km 60 minutes for the Spar Women’s race. The heat was really and course was rather crowded all the way to the finish line. Ended the week at 5159 minutes.
